Current position

FPSing does not currently participate in any affiliate programme. No link on this site earns us a commission, no purchase you make is tracked back to us, and no recommendation we publish is influenced by a commercial arrangement, because there are none.

We do not carry sponsored articles, paid reviews or paid link placements. We do not sell coverage.

This page exists now, before any of that changes, so the commitment below is on the record rather than written after the fact.

Advertising

No advertising network is loaded on this site. If display advertising is introduced later, ad placements will be clearly labelled “Advertisement”, kept out of the middle of an argument, and will have no bearing on what we cover or how we assess it.

Links to Raiderism and CODZombie

FPSing is operated by the same ownership group as Raiderism and CODZombie. These are not affiliate links and we earn no commission from them, but they are commonly-owned properties, which is a relationship worth knowing about when we recommend one.

We link to them only where they are genuinely the better destination — live data, interactive maps and exhaustive reference material that an article should not try to reproduce. You will not find a Raiderism link on a Counter-Strike page. The relationship is disclosed on our About page and on every author profile.

If this changes

If FPSing introduces affiliate links or any other commercial arrangement, we commit to the following:

• This page is updated before the first such link is published.
• Affiliate links are disclosed on the article carrying them, above the content, not only in a site-wide footer.
• Recommendations are made on merit. We will not recommend a product because it pays better, and a commercial relationship will never be the reason something is covered.
• Reviews and comparisons state plainly whether any link in them earns us anything.
